Account deletion — KplaWY

Applies to: KplaWY Instant Replay 22s app (iOS, Android, Apple Watch, Wear OS). Controller: Natan Kaway da Silva Pereira (individual responsible for the KplaWY app).

This page explains how to delete your KplaWY account and its associated data.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the KplaWY app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the data associated with it:

• Account identification (email, display name, internal identifier).
• Subscription state (free/Pro, trial history).
• Your Sign in with Apple token, where applicable — we attempt to revoke your access with Apple at deletion time.
• Technical device metadata linked to the account.

What stays with you

• Your clips (videos) remain on your device — they were never uploaded to our servers. You can delete them from your photo library at any time.
• Backups in your Google Drive stay in your own Drive account. You control them and can delete them directly in Drive.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email kplawyapp@gmail.com from your account's email address requesting deletion. We will verify your identity, delete the account and its associated data, and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

Data retained for legal obligations

Records that the law requires us to keep — for example, tax records of transactions made via the App Store or Google Play — may be retained for the legal period even after account deletion, and anonymized where possible.
