Common Issues
The app isn't recording
Check that camera and microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings.
Smartwatch won't connect
Make sure Bluetooth is active and the KplaWY app is installed on the watch. Restart both devices.
Replays don't appear in gallery
Check storage access permission. Clips are saved in the app folder and can be exported to the gallery.
Cloud backup isn't working
Check your internet connection and if your Google account is connected. Backup can be paused on mobile data (configurable).
